The night is pitch-black all around, save for the uncountable mass of stars winking benevolently at me from the tarp of deepest indigo that hangs overhead. Everything feels suspended in that moment—the stars, the crescent moon, the sparse, gray-black clouds, this little island called Earth, and even myself. It feels as if my feet don't even touch the ground. I feel as if I'm falling into them, the stars. There are so many of them, filling my field of vision, that I am taken by a sudden bout of dizziness and fall back into the Earth's gentle embrace. In the garden, facing west Behind the house on Blaine I stood there, waiting for the sun to set, So I could catch the stars that came at The start of spring. I was content. Hello. (:

My name is Macy and I’m an aspiring author, artist, environmentalist, and biologist… But mostly author.
One of my most favourite pastimes is reading, and nothing makes me happier than a good book. However, when I manage to pull my nose out of a book, I love to draw bad pictures with lots of meaning, listen to music, pour over loads of poetry, and drink tea.
I also like to believe I have an adventurous spirit in the way I love to travel, do senseless stunts, try new foods, and meet new people (as well as annoy the crap out of people I already know >:3)—so don’t be afraid to drop by and say hello.~

Return from a long hiatus.

Why hello everyone! :wave: Yes, I AM alive. And, no, I am not a zombie-fied form of myself, risen from the dead and hiding among the living, plotting to infect the world with my brain-eating disease and writing this journal in order to keep the suspicions of the humans at bay. Nope.  Not at all. Sorry for the ridiculously long hiatus, for those who noticed my inactivity. XD "Wait, whut? You were gone? :0" "…" Nevermind. But yeah, a lot of poop has been going on lately (both good and bad poop) and I've been down deep in it. Nasty, I know, but nonetheless true. Back to reality.

Hey everyone! I'm back from my trip to New York~! I had an AMAZING time and everything went along smoothly. I didn't get to see New York City, sadly, but that was made up for ten-fold because I got to go to Niagara Falls instead! 8D It was such an outstanding sight and I have a few good pics if you guys want to see them. :3 It was even more-so amazing because I got to ride The Maid of the Mist which goes along right next to the falls, PLUS I got to go to The Cave of the Winds which isn't a cave per se but a board-walk that takes you right up to the falls themselves! I'm going on a road trip up to New York soon, so I'm going to have a whole lot of car time, and I'm REALLY going to need something to draw. I'm going to be gone for about ten days, maybe more, and it'd be super-AWESOME if you maybe you guys want to make a request? ;3 Anyone can ask, and I'll try my best on whatever you give me, but I can only draw traditionallyno digital, for obvious reasons.
